What will I do/learn in the classes?
We pride ourselves on teaching a NO B.S MODERN martial art based on K1, Thaiboxing & MMA style training. The classes are fun, easy to learn, safe and achievable for people with ALL levels of fitness and abilities. We teach simple but EFFECTIVE moves and routines that are easy and exciting to do while increasing your fitness and confidence levels!!
What age do I have to be to start PKA Kickboxing class?
Our kickboxing classes are available to all ages and structured to the individual. Men, Women, and Children all benefit.
How much are your classes & membership?
There are different prices depending on the membership (uniform/equipment) and number of times you train with us. As a general rule of thumb after membership has been purchased Adults and Junior classes are £7.00 Little Dragons classes are £6.00 Please see our Pricing page for more details or contact us.
Is there a FREE trial class or can I come and watch?
Absolutely!! you or you child to come to any of our classes for a FREE no obligation session. You are welcome to take part or watch as you wish, all that we ask is that you let us know before hand that you are coming. We do not allow drop in or walk in sessions.
What do I need to do to join?
After your free trail session has ended you have 2 options if you would like to continue training with us :
- You can continue your sessions with us without buying the membership/uniform by paying £7.00 per class or £6.00 per Little Dragons Class for a maximum of 4 weeks. You must then purchase a membership from us as shown below. No discounts or promotions are applicable.
- After the initial trial session you can purchase a membership straight away and receive a 20% discount and a further 4 weeks FREE training. You will (subject to stock) receive your uniform and equipment in the next class.
Are there any contracts?
No, the only thing we ask is that all training fee’s are paid by monthly standing order. This free’s up our time in the classes to teach rather than to be taking money at the start of the classes.
Do I have to fight?
No! You are never forced to do anything you do not want or cant do. Please remember that we teach a contact sport so there will always be some level of contact. Students wishing to compete in tournaments are coached to their highest level of their ability to compete.
