Here at Midlands PKA Kickboxing, we understand just how important physical fitness is for each and every one of us, young and old. We also understand how to have a great time and how to make workouts enjoyable. Take advantage of our vast martial arts skills and knowledge while having a little fun and learning self defense.
The kickboxing classes are taught and run by husband and wife team Lee, and Jo Jones. So you get two highly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable instructors helping you learn, instead of one.
We started our kickboxing classes literally from nothing and built them up to well over 100 members of all creeds, colours, ages, genders, and walks of life.
Students will learn basic to advanced kickboxing techniques, stretches and exercises, as well as mixed martial arts and other techniques. We have a structured grading system in place which allows students to train for, and then earn their specific coloured belt before progressing to the next level. We also offer a series of regular seminars, competitions, tournaments, and sparring sessions which are available for all of our members. Our classes also incorporate the latest and safest mandatory safety equipment which is available to our students in the shop or at class.
