Lead Instructor Marie is enhanced DBS certified along with Safeguarding training.
With many years of Kickboxing experience under her belt Marie began coaching at the Midlands PKA Kickboxing Club in 2016 and became Lead Kickboxing Instructor in 2017.
Marie has gained sparring experience whilst competing in several kickboxing competitions. Although she has now retired Marie still enjoys coaching and encouraging her students to participate in upcoming competitions.
Marie is currently training to be a Personal Fitness trainer and likes to incorporate both cardiovascular training and core strengthening drills into her kickboxing classes.
Martha has over 11 years of kickboxing experience and has competed in numerous kickboxing competitions.
Martha also enjoys MMA training once a week.
